- How do I cancel my free membership?
- Simply click on “Cancel Membership” on the top login bar of Crazy Japan, fill in the form (Email address and password), and we will cancel your membership right away. Any personal information including favorites and points collected will be deleted. Note: Once deleted, restore will not be possible. Free membership will automatically self terminate within one year of inactivity. Similarly all personal information will be deleted upon termination.
- How do I cancel my UMM membership?
- Cancelling UMM membership is also very simple. Inside “My Page” under “Viewable Titles” you will see your subscription detail.
Simply click on "Cancel Membership" button and you will be redirected to Pacific Bill our credit card processor. Enter credit card number and phone number used to purchase UMM. Your membership will then be cancelled at the end of your current membership term and your credit card will not be recharged. Memberships are Non-Refundable.
